How to create an event (step-by-step)

Create an event with invitation image, guest list, RSVP settings, wishlist, and potluck in one flow.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Events and click Create Event.
  2. Add event name, event type, date, start time, and end time.
  3. Add location. Use map picker if you want an exact place pin.
  4. Optional: add event description and extra guest instructions.
  5. Choose invitation image (gallery image or your upload, based on your plan).
  6. Write invitation message your guests will read.
  7. Optional: set RSVP due date so guests reply on time.
  8. Add guests from Contacts or create new guests.
  9. Optional: allow companions and ask dietary preferences.
  10. Optional: connect or create wishlist and potluck.
  11. Review preview screen and click Create.
