Step-by-step instructions
- 1 Open Settings and go to the Billing tab.
- 2 Check your generic planning-token balance. Every account starts with one lifetime basic token.
- 3 Premium subscriptions add three premium tokens per monthly quota period.
- 4 A token can create an Event, standalone Wishlist, Potluck, or Secret Santa. Connected resources share the parent Event token.
- 5 If you need one premium resource without subscribing—or beyond the monthly three—purchase a one-off premium planning event.
- 6 Monthly tokens do not roll over; a resource remains assigned to the subscription month in which it was created.
- 7 If cancellation leaves a resource dated after the paid-through date, sharing and premium editing pause until you renew or apply an eligible Basic or one-off Premium token.
- 8 Deleting before the resource date returns its planning token to the original balance. Deleting on or after the date is always allowed, but does not return a token.
- 9 Manage billing, payment methods, and cancellation from the Billing section.
Best practices
- Review the shared planning-token balance before high-volume event season.
- Connect related resources to their Event so they share one token.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Waiting until launch day to handle plan limitations.
